Spring Lake Haunted Farm Liability Waiver
By visiting Spring Lake Haunted Farm, I hereby accept any risks involved in participation, accept all liability, and will hold harmless Spring Lake Haunted Farm for any damages or injuries incurred therein. This release of liability includes, but is not limited to, damages or injuries incurred due to negligence, carelessness, property, or defective equipment.
I agree to abide by the precautions and safety instructions put into place by Spring Lake Haunted Farm. I understand that risks of visiting the haunted house include, but are not limited to:
- * Bumping into, colliding, or otherwise making contact with objects or persons.
- * Tripping, falling, stumbling, etc.
- * Being struck by falling objects.
- * Vision impairment due to fog machines, dry ice, etc.
- * Experiencing anxiety, stress, claustrophobia, extreme fright, fear of the dark, nightmares, or other heightened emotions.
- * I understand and acknowledge that participating in the haunted house experience may involve physical and psychological challenges, including but not limited to darkness, loud noises, unexpected scares, and confined spaces. I voluntarily choose to participate in this activity, knowing that it may be frightening and intense.
- * I release the organizers, staff, and property owners from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of my participation in the haunted house.
- * I agree to abide by all rules and guidelines set forth by the organizers and understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the haunted house.
- * I understand and agree that this release extends to all claims of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown, and I expressly waive any protections that may be afforded by any statute or law in any jurisdiction. I also understand that this release binds my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
- * I understand that under no circumstance should I touch, throw liquid or any substance on staff. Failure to do so will be my immediate removal from the event and Criminal charges may be implemented.
By signing below, I agree that I waive liability for damages or injuries. I also assert that I am in sound mental and physical condition to visit this haunted house, and am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs that could impair my ability to participate safely.
